Egg Casserole
Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. croutons or hash browns, 2 c. cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 lb. sausage, ham or bacon, cooked, 8 eggs and 2 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Spread croutons or hash browns in a 9 x 13-inch pan (greased). Put on top cheese (1 1/2 cups; reserve 1/2 cup for top) and then browned meat.
Beat eggs; add milk and dry mustard.
Pour over meat; put in fridge overnight.
Then put soup, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup cheese on top.
Freeze or bake in oven at 350Β° for 1 hour.
