Egg Breakfast Casserole
Egg Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, 1/4 lb. ham, sausage or bacon, cooked and drained, 1/4 lb. cheese, grated or cut fine, 3 eggs and 1 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt oleo and pour half in bottom of pan.
Remove crusts from bread and arrange bread in pan.
Sprinkle meat and cheese over bread.
Beat eggs and milk and rest of oleo together and pour over entire slices of bread.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 300Β° for about 45 minutes or until done.
