Egg Bake
Egg Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bacon or ham, 10 eggs, 7 slices bread, cubed, 3 c. milk and 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook bacon and drain and crumble it.
Sprinkle evenly in baking dish.
Beat eggs.
Add milk, salt and dry mustard together; pour over bacon. Add bread cubes, pimentos and mushrooms. Sprinkle with chives. Bake at 325Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
To check, use a butter knife.
If it comes out clean, it is done. Makes 10 servings.
