Eclair Dessert Squares is an easy dinner. Made with whole graham crackers, butter, 2 pkg. jell-o instant pudding (french vanilla) and 9 oz. cool whip, thawed slightly, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Line 9 x 13-inch buttered pan with whole graham crackers.
Make pudding according to package directions, then mix with Cool Whip. Pour half the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
Place another layer of crackers over the pudding and top with remaining pudding.

Top with chocolate icing and refrigerate for 2 days.
