Eclair Cake
Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. french vanilla instant pudding, 3 c. milk and graham crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Butter 9 x 13-inch dish.
Line with graham crackers.
Pour 1/2 of pudding over crackers.
Add another layer of graham crackers and other half of pudding.
End with another layer of crackers. Frost with chocolate icing.
Refrigerate and let set overnight. (I use prepared frosting.)
