Easy Yeast Rolls
Easy Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope dry yeast, 1/4 c. warm water, 1/2 c. hot water, 1/2 c. milk and 1/3 c. vegetable shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Soften yeast in warm water.
Mix hot water and milk.
When it is lukewarm, add shortening, sugar, salt and yeast.
Stir in 2 1/2 cups flour and the other half cup, if needed.
Dough should not be too stiff.
When mixed, cover bowl firmly and place in refrigerator for several hours or 2 or 3 days.
Form into rolls; let rise and bake at 375Β°.
