Easy Yeast Rolls
Easy Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg yeast, 2 1/2 c. warm water, 1/2 c. shortening, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
Cream shortening, and sugar together.
Add beaten egg, 2 cups warm water, salt and yeast. Add flour.
Put dough in greased bowl and grease on top of dough. Cover and put in refrigerator.
When ready to use, take out as needed.
Let rise 3 hours.
Bake at 400Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
