Easy Sugar Cut-out Cookies
Easy Sugar Cut-Out Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, softened, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 egg, beaten and 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix butter and both sugars until smooth.
Add egg and mix well.
Add flour; mix well.
Stir in vanilla.
Roll dough into ball; put in refrigerator overnight in airtight container.
Using floured rolling pin, roll dough out on floured surface.
Roll into 1/4 inch thick.
Cut into shapes with cutters.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350Β° for 12 minutes.
Cool and decorate.
