Easy Shrimp Mozambique
Shrimp Mozambique is zesty shrimp in a saffron and garlic-based sauce. Great served over rice.

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add onion and saute until slightly golden, about 5 minutes.
Stir in water, lemon juice, garlic, sazon, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in beer and stir.
Add hot sauce; bring to a boil.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes.
