Easy Sausage Casserole
Easy Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 c. chopped green pepper, 2 1/2 c. water and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sausage, onion and green pepper in a skillet; cook over medium heat until sausage is browned, stirring to crumble meat.
Drain well; set aside.
Combine water, soup and salt in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.
Add rice.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes.
Add sausage mixture.
Spoon into a 2 1/2-quart casserole. Cover; bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes.
