Easy Rotelle and Mushrooms
Easy Rotelle And Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. rotelle, uncooked, 1 clove garlic, minced (can use powder), 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 (8 oz.) can (1 1/3 c.) sliced mushrooms with liquid and 2 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onion and garlic until tender, but not brown.
Add mushrooms, water and bouillon.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in cooked rotelle.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rotelle is tender.
Stir in parsley, salt and pepper. Serve.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
