Easy Red Velvet Cake
Easy Red Velvet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box betty crocker yellow butter cake mix with pudding, 1 tsp. cocoa, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. buttermilk and 3 eggs (room temperature), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix cake mix with cocoa.
Add vanilla, buttermilk, cake coloring, eggs and margarine.
Blend until moistened.
Add soda to vinegar and mix into cake mixture.
Beat for 4 minutes at medium speed.
Bake at 350Β° in layer pans for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake begins to pull away from sides of pan.
This makes 3 layers.
