Easy Quiche Lorraine
Easy Quiche Lorraine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced bacon, diced, 1/4 lb. swiss cheese, shredded, 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust, 3 eggs and 1 1/2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

About 50 Minutes Before Serving
Preheat oven to 425°.
In a 10-inch skillet over medium-low heat, cook bacon until browned. With slotted spoon, remove bacon to drain on paper towels. Sprinkle cheese and half of bacon in pie crust.
In medium bowl, beat eggs.
Stir in half and half, salt and nutmeg.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Turn oven to 325° and bake 20 minutes longer, or until set.
Garnish with remaining bacon.
