Easy Luncheon Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked chicken, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, 4 cans cream of celery and chicken (2 each), 2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Thaw and drain vegetables.
Combine with chicken, soup, milk, salt and 2/3 French fried onions.
Pour in a 12 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with dumplings spooned around edge.
