Easy Lemon Meringue Pie
Easy Lemon Meringue Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 graham cracker crust, 3 eggs (separated), 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 c. lemon juice and 1 tsp. grated lemon rind, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In medium bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in condensed milk, lemon juice and rind.
Pour into shell.
In small bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy. Gradually, add sugar, beating until stiff, but not dry.
Spread meringue on top of pie, sealing carefully to edge of shell.
Bake until meringue is golden brown.
Cool and chill before serving.
