Easy Italian Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. thin strips chicken breast, 3/4 c. italian dressing, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. california style frozen vegetables, 1 (1 lb.) pkg. pasta, cooked and hot and 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large skillet, combine chicken and about 1/3 bottle of Italian dressing.
Saute until the chicken starts to brown.
Add vegetables and remaining dressing.
Cover; simmer for 7 to 9 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
