Easy Fried Chicken
Easy Fried Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces, skinned, your favorite marinade and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Put chicken in a large Ziploc bag or bowl.
Pour in enough marinade to coat chicken. Pour in flour.
Seal bag and mix until chicken is well coated or mix in bowl. Coating will be gummy. Chill to set coating. Spray skillet with Pam.
Add 3 tablespoons oil and heat.
Fry chicken pieces until golden brown on both sides. Add 2 tablespoons water and cook, covered.
If too much chicken to fit in the pan at one time, brown, then put in a baking pan and finish cooking in the oven at 350Β° for about 20 minutes. Use drippings from pan to make gravy.
