Easy-Do Fudge
Easy-Do Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c sugar, 2/3 c evaporated milk, 3/4 c (1 1/2 stick) butter or margarine, 1 pkg. (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate pieces and 1 1/2 c kroger marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a large heavy saucepan; heat to boiling.
Stir constantly, about 5 minutes over medium heat or until mixture reaches soft ball stage, (238 degrees); remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients; stir vigorously until will blended.
Pour into greased 13 x 3 x 2 inch pan.
Cool; cut into squares.
Makes about 3 pounds of fudge.
