(10 oz.) frozen raspberries in syrup, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 2 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt cheese and 1 ready made chocolate cookie pie crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Drain yogurt in cheese cloth lined colander 4 to 6 hours or over night. Drain syrup from berries. Reserve berries. In small sauce pan sprinkle gelatin over syrup and let soften 1 minute. Stir over low heat just until gelatin is dissolved.
Place yogurt cheese in large bowl and whisk in gelatin. Fold in berries. Pour into crust and refrigerate until set.
