Easy Chicken Parmesan
Easy Chicken Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, 1 egg or 2 egg whites, beaten, 1/2 c. italian bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil and 2 c. spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dip chicken into egg.
Coat with bread crumbs.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
Cook chicken 10 minutes or until done.
Set chicken aside.
In the same pan, heat spaghetti sauce to a boil.
Return chicken to skillet.
Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
Top chicken with cheese and heat until cheese is melted.
Serve with spaghetti and additional sauce, if necessary.
