Easy Chicken Paprika
Easy Chicken Paprika is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/3 c. sour cream or plain yogurt, 2 tsp. paprika and 1/3 tsp. ground red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In skillet, in 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook chicken for 10 minutes, or until browned on both sides.
Remove.
In skillet, combine soup, sour cream, paprika and pepper; heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet.
Cover; cook over heat for 5 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
Stir often.
Serve with rice or noodles.
Serves 4.
