Easy Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, dash of lemon rind and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add vanilla, lemon rind and eggs.
Beat together until well blended.
Pour into prepared 9-inch graham cracker pie crust.
Bake just until puffed and center is dry, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool.
Serve with cherry or blueberry topping.
