Easy Carrot Cake
Easy Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 4 eggs and 1/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine cake and pudding mixes, cinnamon, eggs, salt, water and oil in large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in carrots and pecans.
Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing.
When cool, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
