Easy Beefy Bean Bake
Easy Beefy Bean Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. bacon, diced, 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 medium onion, peeled, ends removed and chopped, 2/3 c. hickory flavor barbecue sauce and 2 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a 2 1/2-quart ovenproof skillet or flameproof casserole, cook bacon, beef and onion over medium-high heat on top of the stove, stirring occasionally, until bacon is crisp and beef is browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Drain off excess fat.
Stir in barbecue sauce, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
Add baked beans, pinto beans and mustard greens, Swiss chard or spinach.
Stir gently to mix.
Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes, or until very hot in center and bubbly.
Remove from oven and serve.
Serves 6.
