Easy Beef Wellington
Easy Beef Wellington is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 frozen patty shells, 4 (6 oz.) pieces beef tenderloin, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. red wine and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Thaw patty shells.
Brown meat on both sides.
Set aside. Melt butter in skillet.
Add wine.
Saute onion and mushrooms until tender.
Roll out patty shells.
Place piece of tenderloin on pastry; top with onion and mushrooms.
Wrap pastry around meat. Bake in a preheated 425Β° oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
