Easy Beef Burgundy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sirloin, cubed, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 cans golden mushroom soup, 1/4 c. burgundy or dry red wine and 2 small onions, sliced thin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
