Easy Baked Chicken(Low-Fat) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 frying chicken or chicken pieces of your choice, pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix, 1 c. buttermilk (approximately) and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Prepare chicken for cooking.
Cut into pieces.
Remove skin if you desire.
Pat dry.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Dip into buttermilk.
On wax paper, crush enough stuffing mix to thoroughly coat chicken pieces.
Place in baking dish or pan. Cover.
Bake in 350Β° oven for approximately 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
(I frequently set oven timer and place this in oven shortly before leaving for church.)
