Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 box confectioners sugar and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam.
Sprinkle bottom of pan with nuts and coconut to make a layer.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions and spread over nuts and coconut.
Mix together the confectioners sugar, margarine and cream cheese.
Dollop or spread over cake mix layer.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
