Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german cake mix, 1 c. pecans, chopped, 1 c. coconut, 1 stick margarine and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Spray a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with Pam.
Spread nuts on bottom. Sprinkle coconut on top of nuts.
Mix cake mix as directed and pour over coconut.
Melt margarine and cream cheese together.
Add powdered sugar; mix well.
Pour over cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
