Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 c. coconut, 1 c. nuts, 1 pkg. cream cheese and 1 box powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Mix cake as directed on box.
Butter the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan and place nuts and coconut in bottom of pan.
Pour cake mix over.
Mix powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese together.
(Butter and cream cheese do better if softened at room temperature.)
Drop in drops on top of cake mix and bake. Cake will crack like an earthquake has occurred.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until done.
