Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. pecans, 1 lb. powdered sugar, 1 stick margarine and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Spread pecans and coconut in pan.
Mix German chocolate cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over coconut and pecans.
Mix sugar, margarine and cream cheese. Spread over cake layer and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
