Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. flaked coconut, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick oleo and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Use a 13 x 9-inch cake pan sprayed with Pam.
Spread 1 cup chopped pecans and flaked coconut over bottom of pan.
Mix the oleo and softened cream cheese, then add the powdered sugar.
Mix well until creamed together.
Pour mixture over top of cake mix batter.
Gently take a knife and marble the mixture slightly. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
