Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 cup chopped nuts, 1 cup coconut, 1 stick margarine and 1- 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In an oblong pan that has been sprayed with Pam, spread nuts on bottom.
Place coconut on top of nuts.
Mix cake mix as directed and pour over coconut.
Melt margarine and cream cheese together and add powdered sugar.
Pour over cake mix and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
