Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. pecans, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1/2 c. margarine, softened and 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Sprinkle coconut and pecans in greased cake pan (9 x 13-inch). Mix cake mix following directions on box.
Pour over coconut and pecans.
Cream margarine, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoonfuls all over unbaked cake in pan. Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes.
