Earthquake Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (18 1/4 oz.) swiss chocolate cake mix, mixed as directed, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut, 1 box powdered sugar and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Spray or oil 9 x 13 baking pan.
Sprinkle with pecans and coconut.
Pour prepared cake mix into pan.
Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese.
Spread over cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes. (Top will crack open as it bakes.)
