Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1/2 c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix together pecans and coconut.
Sprinkle in greased 10 x 13-inch pan.
Make cake mix according to directions.
Pour cake mix over pecans and coconut.
Beat together cream cheese, oleo, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Spread over top of cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Rich and no frosting.
