Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 can coconut (small), 1 box pillsbury german chocolate cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Grease one 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread pecans and coconut on bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix by directions and pour into pan. Melt together cream cheese, margarine and confectioners sugar and pour on top of cake batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until good and brown.
