Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 4 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine pecans and coconut; sprinkle in bottom of pan.
Pour prepared cake mix over pecans and coconut.
Melt margarine and cream cheese together. Add powdered sugar; mix well.
Pour over cake batter.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Cool; cut into squares.
