Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped pecans, german chocolate cake mix, 1 lb. powdered sugar and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Layer the coconut and pecans in a 9 x 13-inch pan (do not stir).
Mix the cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over pecans (do not stir).
Mix the powdered sugar, softened cream cheese and softened margarine.
Drop on top of cake mixture by tablespoon (do not stir).
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
