Earl's Meat Gravy
Earl'S Meat Gravy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. shortening, 1 medium chicken or 2 young squirrels, about 1/3 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
