Dutch Potato Salad
Dutch Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 potatoes in skins, 2 1/2 to 3 tsp. sugar, 1/4 c. oil, salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil potatoes until done; let cool a little, then peel and slice into circles.
Mix vinegar and sugar; stir until mixed well. Add water, onion slices (cut in circles) and fresh parsley (cut up).
Add salt, pepper and oil.
Stir well.
Pour over potatoes and mix.
Top with crumbled bacon.
Let marinate; cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
