Dumplings
Dumplings is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg yolks, 2 whole eggs, 4 c. milk, pinch of salt and flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat eggs and egg yolks; mix in milk and add salt.
Add flour a little at a time to thicken.
Mix in enough flour to make it the consistency of very thick pudding.
Let rest for 15 minutes, covered.
Boil a big pot of salted water.
Drop teaspoonfuls into boiling water.
When they come to the top, let boil 1 to 2 minutes longer.
Do not overcrowd.
Do this in separate batches.
Strain dumplings; toss with butter.
This recipe yields a lot.
Can be reduced by half.
