Dumplings
Dumplings is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 1/2 c. margarine, 4 c. all purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt and 6 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bring water to a boil in sauce pan.
Stir in margarine until melted; remove from heat.
Add flour and salt; mix well.
Knead lightly on floured surface.
Roll 1/4 at a time to 1/8-inch thickness on lightly floured surface.
Cut into 1 inch squares. Bring broth to a boil in large sauce pan.
Drop dumplings into boiling broth.
Simmer for 20 minutes or until dumplings are tender.
Yield: 8 servings.
