Dreamy Apricot Salad
Dreamy Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 (4 3/4 oz.) jars apricot baby food, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine gelatin, sugar and 3/4 cup of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve gelatin and sugar, then remove from heat and add fruit.
Beat cream cheese and condensed milk in bowl until smooth.
Combine with gelatin mixture and pecans, mixing well.
Pour into a 2-quart mold or dish.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on serving dish.
