Down Home Pork
Down Home Pork is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. pork, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, sour cream and 1/4 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cut boneless pork (either ribs, tenderloin or chops) into cubes.
Cut all excess fat from the meat.
Cook pork cubes in frying pan with water for about 1/2 hour.
Drain all liquid off. Add broth, soy sauce, mustard, cheese and corn bread crumbs into frying pan.
Cook until thickens and pork cubes are coated.
Pork can be eaten by itself, with rice or noodles.
