Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl; mix 2 minutes on low speed of electric mixer and set aside.

Combine flour with remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix 3 minutes with electric mixer at medium speed.

Add yeast mixture and mix well at medium speed.

Cover and let rise in warm place until dough has doubled in bulk.

Punch dough down; cover and refrigerate overnight.

Shape in desired rolls and brush with melted butter. Let rise in a warm place (85°), free from drafts, about 2 hours, or until doubled in bulk.

Bake at 400°.
