Double Peanut Butter Cookies
Double Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 3/4 c. peanut butter, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cream the butter or margarine and peanut butter together.
Add sugar, egg and vanilla; mix well. Sift dry ingredients together and add gradually to creamed mixture.
Stir in peanut butter chips. Form dough into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet. Serves 40. Time:
