Double Lemon Cake
Double Lemon Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon or yellow cake mix (pudding included), 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding, 4 eggs, 1 c. water and 1/3 c. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients and beat for 4 minutes.
Spray Bundt pan with cooking spray and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes and turn out onto plate.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or glaze.
