Double Boiler Frosting
Double Boiler Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1 1/2 c sugar, 1/4 tsp cream of tartar or 1 tbsp light corn syrup, 1/3 c water and 1 tsp vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all ingredients except vanilla in top of double boiler.
Place over boiling water; beat with beaters until stiff peaks form.
Scrape sides and bottom of pan occasionally.
Fold in vanilla.
