Dorothy'S Scalloped Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. sliced potatoes, 2 to 4 tbsp. flour, 1/2 to 1 c. cubed ham, salt and pepper and 1/2 small chopped onion or onion flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
👨🍳 Instructions
Place in layers in a 3 quart casserole.
Dot about 1/4 pound oleo on top.
Add 2 cups milk (might use less).
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then
350° for minutes or until potatoes are tender.
